At the very heart of what we do at Sport in Mind is education.

Not only educating those suffering with mental health problems on the benefits of sport and physical activity in improving their mental wellbeing, but also educating children and young people as a preventative measure- aiming to decrease the likelihood of problems further down the road by making the positive connection between sport and mental health early on.
