Youth Journals Youth Journals Sport in Mind Youth Journal Ages 10-14 year olds This vibrant, jam-packed, interactive journal provides an opportunity for young people to take care of their physical and mental health by completing a range of different activities linked to well-being. Those using the journal will be encouraged and guided through activities that will help them evaluate themselves and set themselves achievable targets as well as being given lots of information about ways to stay healthy both mentally and physically. They will be supported to work through the journal, bringing the activities to life. They will be encouraged to implement the skills that they have learnt. Sport in Mind 14+ Journal Similar to the youth journal this journal encourages healthy habits and is aimed at a slightly older age group.
