Adult Programme

We offer a wide range of sports and physical sessions to suit everyone, regardless of age, gender, mobility, ethnicity sexual orientation or ability. The sessions are open to anyone over 17 experiencing mental health problems as well as carers and all our groups meet weekly and take place in a safe, supportive and fun environment.

One of our participants Phillip (age 32) told us what attending a Sport in Mind session means to him:

"The tai chi sessions offer me a way to seek calm & relax, they have helped me to regain control of my life once more. Being able to take an hour out to perform tai chi, lets one focus, exercise & learn self-control."
