Support Us 100k Your Way 100k Your Way Move for your mental health. Move for someone you love. Move to change lives. This October, Sport in Mind, supported by our very own GB Olympian Tom Bosworth, are inviting supporters across the UK to take on the 100k Your Way Virtual Challenge; a powerful movement to support mental health through the life‑changing benefits of sport and physical activity. What is the 100km Your Way Challenge? Starting on World Mental Health Day (10 October), you’ll complete 100 kilometres over 10 days- in any way that gets you moving. Walk. Run. Cycle. Swim. Dance. Mix it up. This challenge is designed for everyone, at every ability level. Whether you take part solo, or in a team with friends, with colleagues or as a family, every kilometer helps start conversations, break stigma and raise vital funds for people struggling with their mental health. "I'm so excited to get involved in this challenge because, well, we all know the importance that physical exercise has on our mental and of course physical health. However, accessing that is harder than ever for so many people. For every £54 we raise, we will be impacting and supporting 10 vulnerable children and adults to access the services of Sport in Mind." GB Olympian Tom Bosworth As the UK’s leading mental health sports charity, Sport in Mind exists to save lives and transform the future of people experiencing mental health problems. By creating fun, safe and inclusive spaces for people to be active, we’ve already helped improve the mental, physical and social wellbeing of over 60,000 children and adults. With your support, we can reach even more people who urgently need us. Sign up today! Move to help us save lives through sport Your fundraising is vital to help us: Deliver more free, community‑based sport and activity sessions Support young people struggling with their mental health Create safe, inclusive spaces where people can rebuild confidence and connection Reach those who feel isolated, anxious or alone Every step, pedal, stroke and dance move helps someone take their first step towards recovery.
