I'm supporting Sport in Mind as my wife has suffered from depression and anxiety for all of her adult life and it has had a massive impact on her. In recent years she has started doing more sport and exercise, including yoga through Sport in Mind, and this has helped in all sorts of ways - confidence building, new friends and improved physical health.
