Sport in Mind Community Activators

*We are recruiting for two of our three Community Activator roles, please keep referring people into this scheme and we will restart client programmes as soon as we can!* Sport in Mind have three new dedicated members of staff to help people with mental health conditions in Reading, West Berkshire and Wokingham on a one to one basis.
