Sport in Mind – Returns Policy



If you would like to refund / exchange your order, please contact us on [email protected] and you will be provided with a returns address. You then have 14 days to return the items beginning on the day after you receive the goods.


All items returned must be in an unused condition. 


Please allow 10 days for returns to be inspected and a refund/exchange to be processed. 


This does not affect your rights to return faulty goods. 

You can return any item(s) at a Hermes store or via your local Post Office. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a free returns service. 

Return with Hermes. 

Find my nearest Hermes store 

  • Go to and purchase a label for just £2.99. 
  • Print off your label. 
  • Attach it to your packaging. 
  • Drop it off at your nearest Hermes store. 
  • Sit back and wait for your refund.

Return with the Post Office 

You can also use the Post Office to return items to us:


  • Take your parcel to the Post Office.
  • Choose one of either 24 or 48 hours Tracked delivery methods.
  • Sit back and wait for your refund. 


Sport in Mind highly recommends that when returning goods to us, you use a tracked delivery method so you can check on the status of your return and have proof of delivery. We are not liable for any parcels that do not reach us. We only become responsible for any parcels sent back to us when they are delivered to our address. Until this point, your parcel is still in the care of your chosen postal service provider. If it is lost on the way back to us, you will need to make a claim with your postal service provider.



Damaged or Faulty Goods


We are very sorry if your item has arrived and it is not up to your or our standards. We ask that if any goods are damaged or faulty that you please contact [email protected] and explain the nature of the problem. We ask that you arrange delivery back to Sport in Mind to the address we provide you after emailing.

Please allow up to 10 days for returns to arrive with Sport in Mind and to be inspected.  If your item(s) are found to be faulty, we will either refund you the full cost of the item(s), and deliveries or offer you an exchange for a product that is up to standard.



If your item arrives and is not the size you ordered or does not fit, and you would like to exchange it for a different size – please email us on [email protected] and we will be more than happy to assist you.

We will require you to send your item, in unused condition, back to us at the address we provide for you and we will then happily send out a replacement.



All refunds processed by Sport in Mind can only be returned to the original method of payment. We are unable to offer store credit or vouchers at this time.
