We are delighted to announce that our sessions will be returning throughout April in some areas! 

Sport in Mind’s activities are open to anyone over the age of 18 years experiencing mental health problems. All our groups are relaxed drop-in sessions where you can take part for as little or as long as you like.

To get involved, simply print our participant form and hand us your completed paper copy when you attend your first session. If you don't have access to a printer, you can obtain a participant form from a session leader at your first session.
