Sport in Mind are delighted to share that, throughout the month of January, thousands of pounds has been raised at till points in Decathlon stores up and down the country.

Through our partnership with Decathlon, and the technology partner Adyen, customers in store have been able to round up their spending, or add a donation amount on to their bill, knowing that through their own purchase of sporting goods, they are helping to support the work we do to ensure we can continue to help improve the lives of those suffering mental health challenges through our sports and physical activity programmes.

The money raised by the campaign in Decathlon stores will help fund 10 weekly sport and physical activity sessions to improve the lives of children and adults experiencing mental health problems, supporting over 100 individuals in their recovery.

Neil Harris, Co-founder and CEO of Sport in Mind said of the partnership:

"It's absolutely fantastic to work with such a prominent retailer who share the same goals as ourselves- to use Sport as a tool to improve mental and physical wellbeing. The money raised will go a long way to support our sessions and I am excited to see where the partnership can take us next. Thank you to Decathlon, and importantly thank you to all the customers who donated in store."
