#24DaysActive - At Home Virtual Event 

Sport in Mind's 24 Days Active challenge is an initiative to encourage people to keep active to promote good mental health during this extended period at home with 24 different, fun, easy to do, at home tasks from 1st - 24th April. 

The first 13 days worth of home activities have been really well received, with lots of people engaging and most importantly having a laugh.

Day 14 of initiative we're encouraging people to run or jog 2k. For the next 10 days the public will get to choose the remaining 10 activities of the challenge, so tune into our social media sites (@sportinmind) for all the latest info and to make suggestions about new activities.
