Did you know Sport in Mind are here to support everyone, whatever life stage they are at?

You may be familiar with our adult sports and physical activity programme, and we now also have our established youth programme, supporting children and young people with their mental health, improving the lives of those suffering, but also educating on the importance of physical activity on their mental health as an early intervention and prevention measure. We also support new mums, with our mum, baby and toddler programme in those vital months and year post partum, and we even now support babies and toddlers themselves as part of the wonderful Baby Boost programme for babies born during lockdown who may have missed out on those key early milestone social interactions with free activity sessions.

Further to this we are now delighted to share we are supporting parents and carers of young people, on how to support their children as well as looking after their own mental wellbeing. One such initiative is our parent and carer workshops
