This is a free, weekly Yoga session delivered every Tuesday 3-4pm at Eastwood Leisure Centre.

Yoga is hugely beneficial for our bodies and can help improve posture, increase flexibility and build muscle strength. Come along and give it a try with our qualified instructor Shena!
