This is a free, weekly Yoga session delivered every Monday 11-12pm at Bagnall Project in Chesham. Yoga is hugely beneficial for our bodies and can help improve posture, increase flexibility and build muscle strength. Come along and give it a try with our qualified instructor Emma!

This session is free to attend and open to all abilities - even if you have never tried Yoga before.
