Yoga in Abergavenny

This is a free, weekly yoga session every Thursday 1-2pm at Abergavenny Community Centre, Merthyr Rd, Abergavenny NP7 5BY (Creative Room) with our super coach Kitty

This session is open to all abilities (even if you have never tried it before!). All equipment is provided by Sport in Mind!

Useful Information:

• There is free parking at the Community Centre
• The car park entrance is the best entrance for the Creative room  then please follow signage for the yoga session.
• 12-15 minute walk from bus station and Morrisons
• Please wear comfortable clothing
