Tai Chi in Guildford

This is a free weekly Tai Chi session delivered every Friday 2pm to 3pm at Dapdune Wharf, Wharf Road, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 4RR.

Useful Information:

• If there is poor weather, the session is held in an indoor space. The meeting point remains as the information kiosk in the car park.
• Parking is free for National Trust Members
• Led by a qualified instructor
• All equipment is provided
• Open to all abilities
• Comfortable clothing, and trainers if you have them (not mandatory).
