Men's Boxercise in Bournemouth

This is a FREE fun weekly Boxercise session for men, every Tuesday 12-12.45pm at the YMCA Bournemouth,56 Westover Rd, Bournemouth BH1 2BS (Sports Hall, entrance on Hinton Road, use the colourful door) with our incredible instructor Gav!

This session is free to attend and open to all abilities (even if you have never tried boxercise before!). All equipment is provided by Sport in Mind!

Useful Information:

• There is limited parking on the road outside and a car park opposite, which does charge
• The session will take place in the Sports Hall (YMCA Bournemouth,56 Westover Rd, Bournemouth BH1 2BS (Sports Hall, entrance via back of building on Hinton Road)
• Please wear comfortable clothing
• The majority of the buses either stop on Westover Rd by the aviary or outside the building on Hinton Rd, for example M1/M2, 17, 6, X3, X1, Breezer.
