This is a free, weekly yoga session delivered every Wednesday 1-2pm at Madley Park Hall. This is a lot more spacious than our previous studio so please come along and give it a try!

Yoga is hugely beneficial for our bodies and can help improve posture, increase flexibility and build muscle strength. Come along and give it a try with our qualified instructor Alison! This session is free to attend and open to all abilities - even if you have never tried Yoga before.

  • Mats and blocks will be provided
