Yoga in Oxford This is a free, weekly yoga session delivered in The Gill Garratt Room at the South Oxford Community Centre, every Thursday 2-3PM. It will be a variety of movements including some hip and back sequences with some standing poses. This session is open to all abilities (even if you have never tried yoga before), delivered by a qualified instructor called Alison. Click on the image above for full details!
