This is a free, weekly yoga session delivered in The Gill Garratt Room at the South Oxford Community Centre, every Thursday 2-3PM. It will be a variety of movements including some hip and back sequences with some standing poses. 

This session is open to all abilities (even if you have never tried yoga before), delivered by a qualified instructor called Alison. Mats and blocks will be provided and we would recommend wearing something comfortable that you can move freely in. There is parking behind the community centre and on Lake Street (it is fairly limited).

South Oxford Yoga 2-3PM Thursdays 

Meeting Point:

You can either ring the buzzer on the front door and walk through the community centre and the Gill Garratt Room is on your left at the end. Alternatively, you can go around the back of the building, walk through these gates and the room will be on your right.
