This is a free, weekly Tai Chi session delivered every Wednesday 2-3PM at Barn Meadow Community Hall by Chris. Tai Chi can help decrease stress, anxiety and improved your mood - why not come and give it a try?

This session is free to attend, open to all abilities, and delivered by a qualified instructor.
