This is a free, weekly yoga session delivered every Thursday 11-12pm at The Witney Buttercross Scout Hut. The is a lot more spacious than our previous studio so please come along and give it a try!

Yoga is hugely beneficial for our bodies and can help improve posture, increase flexibility and build muscle strength. Come along and give it a try with our qualified instructor Alison! This session is free to attend and open to all abilities - even if you have never tried Yoga before.

Useful information:

  • No parking at the venue - we would recommend parking down Corn street, Church Green or the Woolgate carpark. Please be aware of parking restrictions in those areas.
  • Toilets in the building
  • Alternative movements offered depending on Yoga ability
  • Mats and blocks will be provided
  • Wear something comfortable and that you can move freely in
