If you are looking to book on to one of our holiday sessions, please click the image below As well as our Summer Holiday Programme running throughout August, below you can find a range of FREE activities to keep children and young people active, happy and healthy throughout the summer holidays. You could do different activities each week around the Sport in Mind themes, or simply download the ones that appeal the most- anytime, anywhere! At Sport in Mind we believe its really important for children to be able to make the connection between raising their heartrate through sport and physical activity and the positive effect on their mental wellbeing. Here are some fun activities that will help do just that! Having a voice is so important! Talking about why we feel things and how we feel and also communicating with others. What fun activities could you do together this summer? Try new things and share what makes you feel good! As well as our amazing youth journals which you can learn more about here, below are some activities centered around focusing our minds on healthy habits. How many can you complete?! Why not get together with your friends and family and hold a fundraiser for Sport in Mind this summer?! You could see how many sports you could complete over the summer holiday?
