Sport in Mind's staff team are responsible for the day to day running of the charity and making sure we have lots of really exciting sport and physical activity sessions being delivered to help improve people's mental health.

    JOB: Regional Development Officer for Coaches - I'm Sport in Mind's head coach & coach mentor. I run fun sports sessions to improve people's mental health and help mentor our coaches. I’m a trained Mental Health First Aider.
    FAV SPORT / EXERCISE: All of them! If I had to choose one… Hockey.
    WHAT DOES SPORT / EXERCISE MEAN TO YOU: Sport is key for staying physically and mentally healthy. It’s important for teaching you importance of team work, patience, socialisation, hard work, overcoming challenges. Most importantly though, it's about having fun.
