As somebody who has struggled quite severely at various times in my life due to mental health, I personally kept finding that it was going to the gym and exercising that really kept me going. There were three times in particular during my life that I owe a lot to the gym for, and I want other people to see the benefits that a healthy relationship with exercise can bring them. I’m hoping that by doing this challenge people will not only help me raise money for this charity but also help spread awareness of both mental health and how exercise can help.
