As someone who has struggled severely with mental health issues at different times during my life, I have constantly come to find that going to the gym has kept me going. There have been three times in particular during my life where I can say I owe a lot to the gym. By doing this challenge I want to raise money to help other people reap the same benefits that I have from exercising and to spread awareness of mental health, whilst teaching people how to have a healthy relationship with exercise and food plus the positives that come along with it.
