With Mental Health increasing more and more these days, I decided I wanted to do something that could make a difference. Even if it’s a small amount of donations. It all helps. So after a lot of thought, I thought why not do a long live workout 🏋️‍♀️ challenge to not only raise awareness of mental Heath, but to show the importance of getting active and showing different types of exercises that could be done from the comfort of your own home.
