I have learnt that there are so many benefits of doing sports. Sports helps us to cope with the stresses of daily life more effectively, improves our physical health, helps us maintain a healthy weight, builds confidence and self-esteem, helps us meet new people and make friends, improves concentration and sleeping patterns, give you a natural energy boost, reduces symptoms of depression and anxiety and releases chemicals in your brain that makes you feel happy.

I am going to do a sponsored run to raise money for Sport in Mind as I would like to help people to improve their mental health with the help of sports. My goal is to raise £50 because that will allow 30 people to attend sport and physical activity sessions to help improve their mental health. I will try to run 10Km.
