Sport in Mind will be delivering sport, exercise, movement sessions and journal workshops throughout the summer holidays 2021. These sessions/workshops are targeted at children and young people that are experiencing a mental health challenge. The activities will be fun, whilst learning why sport and exercise is so important for our mental well-being. Please register below and we will send you activity dates, times and venue ASAP. With each activity the child or young person will also be provided with a healthy meal.
