This is a free, weekly Yoga session delivered every Wednesday 12-1pm at Langford Village Community Hall, Bicester.
Yoga is hugely beneficial for our bodies and can help improve posture, increase flexibility and build muscle strength. Come along and give it a try with our qualified instructor Zara!

This session is free to attend and open to all abilities - even if you have never tried Yoga before.
