Yoga in Beaconsfield This is a free, weekly Yoga session delivered every Monday 2-3pm at the Curzon Centre in Beaconsfield. Yoga is hugely beneficial for our bodies and can help improve posture, increase flexibility and build muscle strength. Come along and give it a try with our qualified instructor Lindi!
