This is a free, weekly Yoga session delivered every Monday 2-3pm at the Curzon Centre in Beaconsfield. Yoga is hugely beneficial for our bodies and can help improve posture, increase flexibility and build muscle strength. Come along and give it a try with our qualified instructor Lindi!

This session is free to attend and open to all abilities - even if you have never tried Yoga before.

Useful information:

  • Lots of free parking available at the venue (behind the building)
  • Toilets in the building
  • In the Watson room (the main doors will be open and it is the room straight ahead of you)
  • Alternative movements offered depending on Yoga ability
  • Mats and blocks will be provided
  • Wear something comfortable and that you can move freely in
