This is a weekly fun, casual drop-in Yoga session for people experiencing mental health problems on Mondays at 2-3pm at Meadway Sports Centre, with our lovely instructor Julie!

This session is free to attend, open to all abilities, delivered by our qualified instructor and all equipment is provided.

  • Parking onsite, check the ticket machine for instructions
  • All equipment is provided
  • In the Studio upstairs, ask at reception to point you in the right direction!
