This is a weekly, drop-in and free walk through Prospect Park in Reading with a focus on connecting with nature. The walk runs every Tuesday from 11am to 12pm and the group meets outside the Ranger Station. 

It will be a relaxed & calming walk through the park, connecting with nature! Open to anyone experiencing low mood, isolation or a mental health problem. The ground is uneven and slightly up & downhill, so wear comfortable shoes! We also recommend protecting your legs (trousers/leggings).

Useful Information: 

  • Free parking in the car park just next to the Ranger Station

  • Bring a bottle of water / drink if it is warm and check the weather forecast the day before so you can wear suitable clothes
