We are delighted to announce that we will be running youth sessions during the Easter holidays from 3rd April - 6th April! 

9 -14 year old's can get active this Easter to support young mental well-being!

Sport in Mind are delivering fun sport and well-being activities that include, tennis, football, multi-sport, and more! Each session will also include a Sport in Mind Youth Journal and fun learning games.

These sessions are aimed at children and young people that have low mood and or other mental health challenges. We will provide a safe, nurturing space to help build confidence, meet new people and be in a supportive group. 

Our activity capacity is 12 per group, led by DBS-checked professional sport coaches with mental health support experience.
