This is a free, weekly yoga session delivered in The Gill Garratt Room at the South Oxford Community Centre, every Thursday 2-3PM. It will be a variety of movements including some hip and back sequences with some standing poses. 

This session is open to all abilities (even if you have never tried yoga before), delivered by a qualified instructor called Alison.

Useful information:

  • There is parking behind the community centre and on Lake Street (it is fairly limited)
  • Toilets in the building
  • Alternative movements offered depending on Yoga ability
  • Mats and blocks will be provided
  • Wear something comfortable and that you can move freely in
