This is a free, weekly yoga session delivered every Monday 3:30-4:30pm at the Woughton Leisure Centre in Milton Keynes. Yoga is hugely beneficial for our bodies and can help improve posture, increase flexibility and build muscle strength. Come along and give it a try with our qualified instructor Lindi!

This session is free to attend and open to all abilities - even if you have never tried Yoga before.

  • In the Hollistic Studio (reception will show you where it is)
  • Alternative movements offered depending on Yoga ability
  • Mats and blocks will be provided
  • Wear something comfortable and that you can move freely in

Walk through the main double doors and the Hollistic Studio is on the first floor
